Descending into the cellar, I was captivated by the simple, functional decor and the lively teamwork of the kitchen staff crafting each dish with care. The menu offered a diverse array of flavorful choices-from the tender bacon-wrapped filet mignon bathed in blue cheese demi-glaze to the rich, seafood-stuffed eggplant-each bite revealing unique twists and comforting warmth, all complemented by friendly, attentive service in a cozy, historic setting.

I have always wanted to dine at this restaurant.
Numerous times we have attempted and could never be seated. Finally, the day came only to be the most disappointing meal. The manager had a horrible attitude of all the staff one lady smiled. The food was just as disappointing. Maybe because we were greeted so poorly.

We enjoyed our excellent 45th Anniversary Dinner of 2 specials, the Lemon Pepper Trout with rice & carrots & the Prime Rib with excellent favorable mashed potatoes & green beans. Great Food, Excellent Service & a Great Atmosphere. When we made the reservations, they recommend the back room for a quiet setting, which it was.
