Rosa's is my go-to for a quick upscale fast food meal, and I can never resist their tea. The fresh condiment and salsa bar is a nice touch, and finishing off with a tortilla and honey is a must. We had a great experience recently with family-style fajitas, but I wish they'd clean up the restroom situation; still, the food is too good to stay away!
