We were traveling and hungry for something other than a chain restaurant. Took a gamble and ordered from Simple Simon's. Since Palacios is a small town I started worrying that this was a pizza counter at a gas station. It absolutely was not, and the pizza was AWESOME. We drive through there once or twice a year. It will definitely be our food stop when we do.
