This old-school greasy spoon has seriously good breakfast with crispy hash browns, perfectly cooked eggs, and some of the best coffee around. The staff are super friendly and make you feel welcome right away, and the atmosphere is cozy and family-friendly even when it's busy. I've tried both breakfast and lunch here-while breakfast is my favorite, the lunch is solid too, especially the fresh house-made fries and comforting, home-style meals.

Good breakfast plates at reasonable prices. The huge breakfast biscuit is a must with honey or jam. Don't bother with the juice; it tastes watered down. Besides, the coffee is good with free refills. Service is friendly and usually as fast or as slow as you want it to be. Two can eat for $12-$20.
