Car hop (Crystal) was rude. I ask what was in a item on your menu and was told she did not know and even manager's dont even know. I ask to speak to manager and one never came out. I also ordered a shake and she kept repeating cake three times. .finally she said shake I said yes and she came out to my car and said ..so cake ..I was so frustrated by this point and said no shake. Then took a while to get my shake. I dont know what was going on but I could not get anything answered and service was rude and slow. I also was over charged but could not get that worked out because the car hop
