The pastries here are exceptional, with a variety of selections that will satisfy any sweet tooth, although the Italian bread didn't quite meet my expectations. The service is engaging and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere that makes the experience even better. I have read other complaints about this Italian bakery carmines in wallkill ny
I walked in expecting horrible place and people they way the reviews where written, I had nothing but good reviews of this place, the staff is funny caring clean breakfast is fast cooked daily fresh and quickly. The have a new staff new kitchen pastries are made daily and bread every evening and early morning 5am.
They constantly cleaning and upgrading . Joel and his family have many deaths in their family, which is understandable may be back then they were struggling. Now they are back and ready to be the number one and only Italian bakery in Orange County, excellent service excellent place, great community. Unlike Middletown where crime, thugs, low life from ny live, corrupted town,

This bakery is the original Italian bakery.
Home made fresh pastry done daily. Nothing stays over night.
Delicious fresh holiday cookies all hand made
Each cookie is done professionally.
New hire staff is top of tbe line staff.
Service is quick and tasty
Its great to have an original Italian bakery in our town of wallkill.
Everyone is family here.

Second time getting stale items. They are the worst. Charged me twice what Defilippis charged for the same item. Unfortunately Defilippis was closing. When I called to complain, the woman didn't believe me. Someone needs to shut them down.

Went there today (Tuesday) for the first time. Got an assortment of pastries, NOTHING was fresh! Clearly leftover from the weekend. Big waste of my money. Will never go back there again

I'v been to carmines on main st. a couple of times, my first time there the cookies where good. my second visit there was horrible, the cookies where crumbling and tasted old . i threw the rest out and i'm never going back.
the least they could done is warn you the customer that the cookies weren't fresh . wrong way to run a business
