The food here blew me away with generous portions, great flavors, and prices that won't break the bank-everything from the stuffed omelets to the crispy fries hit the spot perfectly. The vibe is simple and a bit old-school, the service is friendly enough, and even though it's a bit off the beaten path, it's totally worth the drive if you're craving a solid, satisfying meal.

The food at this restaurant was absolutely delicious, with generous servings that satisfied my taste buds. The atmosphere may not be fancy, but the prices were reasonable and the service from Becky was warm and attentive. Despite the worn appearance, the food quality was excellent, making it a worthwhile stop for a tasty meal on the way from San Antonio to South Padre.
