Taco Shack delivers breakfast tacos that hold together like a champ, letting me chow down in the car without turning into a salsa disaster zone, and their crispy beef tacos? Straight-up unbeatable in Austin. The vibe is old-school Austin cool, the staff are total homies, and while the menu could use more veggie options, the Burnet Road Burrito and breakfast bowls keep me coming back for more-even if my wallet occasionally protests.
