I always go for the Taco burger whenever I'm in Lubbock - it's just the way they make it, no big chunks of meat like in Lamesa. The service is excellent, with staff checking in and making sure everything's alright, and the ambience is peaceful. My daughters used to work there under Steve and Keith, and I can't get enough of their great green sauce during happy hour.
