On my way back to San Antonio from Houston, I stopped in Katy, TX, and was pleasantly surprised by the vibrant ambiance and attentive service at Adrian's. The Tacos Adrian especial blew me away with their incredible flavor, and paired with the fresh chips, salsa, and strong drinks like the watermelon crush cocktail and $3 margaritas during happy hour, it quickly became a favorite I can't wait to visit again.
