Driving from Georgia to Dallas, I always make it a point to stop for fresh tortillas and authentic Mexican food. Taqueria Palacios exceeded my expectations with its delicious barbacoa and flavorful salsa verde, while the staff provided excellent service. I can't resist returning, especially for the caldo de rez and various tacos that remind me of the genuine flavors of my upbringing.
