I've been going to Tepatitlan a lot lately and I gotta say, the food is consistently delicious. One of my new favorite dishes there is the Nachos Tepa - it's loaded with refried beans, cheese, and beef fajita on each chip. I like to skip the pickled stuff and add some crisp lettuce for that extra crunch. Adding both the red and green salsa is a game-changer!
