The food was delicious, and the service was excellent, making for an enjoyable dining experience at Tom's Burgers.

Possibly the best hamburger in Waco. Service is reasonably fast but often incompetent and rude. No one seems to understand a chocolate milkshake/malt should have some chocolate in it. Asked what a 'Mendy Burger" was and the description was mumbled. When I asked again, got a rude but clearer statement. Asked another server what something else was and he did not know. Service people rarely smile, Food is good, but the service is a turn off.
