was there while on vacation and I opened a tab with the bartender for our drinks, after 2 drinks we decided we were going to leave and check out another bar. I asked the bartender for my tab and she took forever to get to it, then she realized she lost my credit card. I logged into my bank account to find out that my card was being used as we were in the bar at other locations. She GAVE my card to someone else!!!! When I asked for a manager they stated that there wasnt one on duty. Another bartender got into my face and started screaming at ME for having an attitude. After lots of complaints the security guard put me in contact with the owner, all they said they could do was comp my 2 drinks. The bar manager conveniently appeared (when I was told he wasnt there) and said that there was nothing they could do but make a police report about it. I was from out of town with a non-national chain bank, I had to cancel my debit card and I had no access to cash or the ability to pay for my gas to get back home or for food. They never offered any type of compensation, which in that case should have been maybe the gas money to get home and the cost to replace my debit card?? Luckily I was able to borrow the cash from friends to get me back home but that is completely unacceptable. Beyond that the environment is average, music was ok, and drinks sucked. Totally not recommended.
