I visited Tortas Yukon at 902 Sacred Heart Dr. in Laredo and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their brisket. While the interior and exterior didn't initially impress me, the flavorful lonches quickly won me over. The chicken and beef options were both delicious, and the Jamaica agaua fresca was a refreshing choice.
