The catfish at TugBoat is breaded with a mixture of corn and wheat, served with tartar sauce, and the fried cod is fresh and not dripping in oil, accompanied by great service and a clean environment, although the fries were a bit soft, the fish and shrimp combo with side zucchini reminded me of tempura, making it a winner for dinner.
