Our experience at Water Street Seafood Company was exceptional thanks to our waiter, CJ, who provided outstanding service. The Mesquite Red Fish and Salmon dinners were decent but the real highlights were the oysters and the Caldo Xochitl soup, which were superb. The horseradish had varying levels of spiciness each night, so it's advisable to taste it before adding too much. Despite some minor drawbacks, the fresh food and diverse menu options make Water Street a great dining choice that I have frequented since its earlier locations in Fort Worth and Corpus.
