Worst mgmnt.crew I've experienced.didn't get the gravy with the 2 kids strip meal.asked the kid for the gravy for them only brought one.asked him for another one responds with what.bad employee training I guess.so I tell him I need 1 more blows me off,I ask the female shift mgr takes off I guess she has to make it but doesn't let me know,brings it puts on table she says sorry bout that but no sincereness or eye contact just walks away.bad training all around.
