I found a bug in my dinner and complained, their response was to ban me.
I had been a loyal customer for years, not because the food was all that good or even priced right for what you get, but because they are close to me. Then last week I find a bug ( a little under the size of a dime) in my meal. I called them up to complain. Their response was to say I was "mistaken" and to send someone out to verify that there was in fact a bug and to take the food back. I was treated like I was trying to steal from them. The manager would not come to the phone to speak to me so the waiter had to act as a go between even though I could hear the manager in the background being very disrespectful and rude.
Even though dinner for myself and my GF was ruined, they would only comp me 10.00 out of a 29.00 ticket. Yes my GF did not find a bug in her meal, but that doesn't mean she didn't have to dig around and worry about if there was one.
Cut to today. I decided to give them a second chance, I place my order, they take my credit card information, and 15 minutes late I get a call back saying they will not deliver to me anymore.
Long story short.They are incredibly rude and they obviously do not value the people who order from them. I feel they are not deserving of our money as consumers, you have been warned.

This was my first and last visit to Wok on Fire. Had this been my first time ever trying Chinese food it would definely be my last. A simple dish of Chicken Lo Mein should not be so dry that the noodles stuck together. Portions was small(thank goodness) price too much for what was served. Service in the restaurant was even as bad as the food. A flyer was left on my door is the reason why I tried this MESS. If I ever see them again I will let my dog get a taste of pants.

This place has THE most horrible service! I ordered food to pick up and bring home. WHen i got home i realized that the food was wrong. I immediately called and they would not give me a credit, a refund, the correct food, and not even an apology. In fact the person that i talked to (that calls himself the manager) hung up on me after calling him three times. He was RUDE and said that there was nothing that he can do..... WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever!!!!!!!!
