The wife & I have held Smokin' Mo's at the top of our faves list for years and made the extra effort to support them through covid. Last October we took ma there and realize a couple items we favored had shot up in price by nearly double, ie: brisket & pork plates and instead of twenty bucks for the combo they're now almost twenty bucks each. A price increase is reasonable, doubling prices is too much and have since passed them by many times for another option. We'll miss ya Smokin'

we did curbside pickup (which went well) The problem is the amount of food that i got for such a high price.
i purchased the platter with two types of meat on it. there were only 4 ribs (this is the platter, not the plate) and the chicken hind quarters were so tiny that it was a joke. Seriously small portions of side dishes. that platter was 28 bucks. ridiculous. i don't mind paying that much money for food, but for almost 30.00 i should have received more food. i won't be back

Disappointed in the food. the shrimp in the po boy was under cooked and it didn't have much flavor. The french onion soup was very greasy. Also, we didn't get all that we ordered but it took so long for the order to arrive that we just decided to skip the rest.

Went to this restaurant because we had heard such great things....about the food. My husband and I got bbq plate $14.99. We ate upstairs in the bar had great service. .had a cajun shrimp appetizer ...very good. ..our dinner came....meat was great and cornbread was cold......along with the fries. Fries stated they were home cut but these wern't home cut.....looked like shoestring ones. Server came back to check...mentioned the coolness of the cornbread...he said its served room temp....must have been in the room for hours...stated fries were cold....mentioned he could get us fresh fries....we declined ...paid our bill and left....really disappointed.
