Absolutely, without a doubt , THE best barbecue in or around the Lehigh Valley!! I have tried Grumpy's and some of the other 'trucks' that have recently 'popped up' but NONE compares to Tex's Smokin' Bar-B-Q. The brisket melts in your mouth and their sauce is uniquely sweet with a little kick. I would give 10+ stars for this barbecue!!
