WILL NEVER BE RETURNING.

My family and friends enjoy going to hooters, but our experience tonight was so ridiculous we will never be going to a Hooters again, they lost lifetime costumers by being scheming and sneaky. Tonight while we were eating a meal that already required us to pay extra for celery and ranch (what the hell kind of pathetic restaurant does that, are they going to charge for ice and napkins next?!) our waitress brought over a tray with teeny tiny shot glasses with cookie crumbs in it and asked if we wanted to sample one of their desserts. Since this was the only time we saw her since she gave us our food we accepted, thinking it was a kindness due to the awful service. Fast forward an hour and she brings us the bill -mind you she had not returned or been by the table since, we even needed to ask for refills on our drinks from another staff member- and she charged us $6 for the “desserts” aka two cookie crumbs. So repulsive and sneaky and it’s a completely unacceptable way to treat customers. I’ve been telling all my friends and they have vowed to stop going too. We can’t let restaurants get away with that kind of behavior, it’s one thing to have sh-tty service, that’s almost expected at a place like this, but to purposefully deceive customers by offering samples and then charging for it is just disgusting. If you’re thinking about visiting the Cgantilly location, I’d recommend The Hitch to people looking for alternatives to this dump, the waitstaff is very attentive and the food is amazing, they even have great wings!
