The transition from Josephina's to The Bean has made this authentic adobe inn more accessible, with a welcoming atmosphere and beautiful outdoor seating that suits the mild Las Cruces weather. The menu offers interesting vegetarian options, and while my breakfast burrito with red chile was delicious, I found the matcha latte too sweet and the muffin lacked flavor and texture. The staff is friendly and accommodating, creating a pleasant environment to enjoy coffee, tea, and meals either alone or with a group.

I've been enjoying the transition from Josephina's to The Bean at this lovely adobe inn. The menu, especially for a vegetarian like me, offers interesting options. The outdoor seating is fantastic, especially in the mild Las Cruces weather, and the staff is friendly and helpful.
