The Food was suppose to be hot when served, It was not.
As for the Server, my appetizer was requested to be served as soon as available. It was served at the same time as my Meal. Drink refills - the server had to be flagged down. When my Appetizer showed up - the chicken buffalo dip it was cold.
The Server was 18 minutes be for she arrived at our table. We had to flag her down.
4 out of the 5 meals were unsatisfactory and it was voiced to the management.
Dakota was her name; She said that they were busy is why it took so long. " Really" there were only 8 other people in the place.
Sucks,
We come up every other weekend, Guess "Buffalo Wild Wings & Other local places with get our business from now on.

Needs better management, no doubt! With the blonde bartender having basically no personality except snobbish (wrong line of work for this one) a very long wait for so-so food, and a low trained wait staff who can be overheard insulting each other, yeah I'd say drive by the place. Oh, and as far as the owner goes, if he truly believes he can make it without the locals, he can leave gaylord anytime he wants. By he way Mr. Owner, stopping traffic on Old 27 to let your biker buddies have the right of way may be a cool way for you to show off, but the police department takes another approach...They said it's illegal!
