The service is excellent and every dish, from the flavorful meso soup to the perfectly seasoned spicy scallops hand roll and spicy tuna, exceeded my expectations with fresh ingredients and beautiful presentation. Friendly staff like Ezra, Sebastian, and Kevin create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps me coming back regularly to enjoy amazing sushi, tempura, and bento boxes that truly rival what I've experienced in Japan.

The food at Star Sushi near Biddle and McAndrew is delicious and the staff is incredible, making it the best sushi spot in the Rogue Valley, with fresh fish, excellent tempura, and a friendly atmosphere that keeps me coming back regularly.
