Rude & utterly disrespectful, young lady working the wedding cake counter. Cut of her own nose (and lost an ENTIRE family’s business) just to spite her own face, so to speak. The owner’s pay the price for hourly employees with attitudes… and my family has done business here for multiple generations.
This employee ruined a surprise gift for an 84 year old life long customer’s birthday. I won’t forget it.
