After a disappointing experience at a nearby restaurant, I found Pollo Cibao, where the generous portions, authentic Latin flavors, and affordable prices instantly reminded me of home. Despite its unassuming exterior and minimal English spoken by the waitstaff, the fresh, flavorful dishes and wide variety made it a memorable and satisfying meal for my entire family.

Today, I drove an hour to try a restaurant called Pollo Tipico, but I was disappointed with the over-salted food and poor quality for the price. On my way back, I discovered Pollo Cibao, which exceeded my expectations with a wide variety of authentic Latin flavors and generous portions at a reasonable price. Although the exterior may not be impressive and the staff has limited English, the fresh, delicious food and vibrant culture make it a worthwhile experience for anyone seeking Dominican cuisine.
