I worked here briefly, and I can say from experience that this place is not run smoothly. I called in to place a delivery order, and the person who answered was incredibly rude and inpatient. He had to have a woman take the order, and she did. She was still rude but not nearly as much as the man. I gave her my card numbers, she asked about a tip and I said I would in cash. Delivery driver showed up, got his tip in cash but says that my card did not go through, I called the store back and had it fixed. There was over a $30 charge to my card for a pizza, fries, and soda. The fries were nearly ice cold by the time i got them as well. I was way over charged unless they put a tip on the bill( I specifically said I was tipping in cash). I'm really disappointed in the service in this place.

The food is good, but I was going to order a calzone and fried that should have cost roughly $17. I was told $21.85. Way too much money

Friendly people when we visited here this weekend. The food was pretty good. Nothing to complain about - solid 4-star place.

First when I called to placed a delivery for a bacon burger and salad , I ended up getting the palate and got $4 over charged and when I called to inform them I was given an attitude and was told only credit was offered and no refund would be given. Not to mention the fries were cold. Never would I think a business would lack such respect to a paying customer. Never eating here again. Except to get my "small fry" credit, if they even do it, I wasn't given enough time to give my name before they hung up in me.

This place has gone down hill!! Been going there for many years, Went there last night told me 15 mins i was there for one hour. I thought the worst part was watching them knock a hamburger into the grease trap on griddle and then taking it out, or watching them scrap old pizza cheese back into the fresh cheese... But know it was I noticed they charged my debit card a 15% tip I think on a take out order. I called my bank I did not sign but one slip the second charge came threw at there closing time!! Watch out for your self they have become thieves 9 year customer will never go there again. For the record the owners do not always run this place but there family and hired help.
