Last weekend, my colleagues and I visited Cy's Roost to catch the Iowa State football game in Ames. I suggested we go there for a trip down memory lane, as I used to bartend at Cy's during my college days. Despite some changes, like new booths and more TVs, the familiar atmosphere and friendly service made it a fantastic spot to cheer on the Cyclones. The experience was made even better by the delicious food from Mario's in the back - definitely worth a return visit.
