The food and service provided by Dave and Ruby's for our memorial service were exceptional. They catered for 47 guests, arriving on time and efficiently setting up everything within thirty minutes. The burgers and grilled chicken salad were some of the best I've ever tasted, and the staff was both professional and friendly throughout the event.

The food is amazing!!! We love the prime rib sandwiches, wings, subs, and fresh cut fries. Very friendly staff and quiet setting.

I've ordered there several times always a large steak & cheese w mushrooms and a small side order of fresh cut french fries usually ordering to go because 1 time I was planning at eating at the bar and was greeted by the owner although was not asked what I wanted to drink as he wandered to the end of the bar to BS with a customer and then an attractive blond woman came in and he went directly to her and took her food order I just smh and walked out but that didn't stop me from ordering food to go. A couple of weeks ago I placed a to go order and learned from past experience(s) to check the fries for they were under cooked the past couple of times previously that's why I checked them prior to leaving. The fries were under cooked although I ordered them to be cooked and my order was taken correctly just the cook didn't cook to order. The bar tender took the fries back and in a couple of minutes they came out correctly she even agreed the fries were under cooked and apologized she was very nice and professional. upon to returning to my home I opened the steak & cheese only to find it w/ almost zero mushrooms and the meat portion was less than all previous times I was disappointed especially since the cost is almost $15 which is borderline absurd so I went back and returned the food and again the bar tender was very nice and apologetic. So yesterday I decided to give it another try for ppl and business' do make mistakes heck no one is perfect. When I placed the order Martha who was the person taking my order asked if was I the one that returned my food I said yes and then she said the order was going to be exactly the same as before and then sarcastically asked if I was going to return the order again which was rude and very unprofessional so I simply ended the call and ordered from OIP just down the road. I've never written a review let alone a negative review however was driven to do so especially because of the rude unprofessional service and treatment I received. I suggest to go to OIP or The Tiadaghton Inn in Jersey Shore were the food and service are superior and the cost is less than a whopping $15 for a large steak & cheese w/ small french fries. I will never spend my hard earned money at such an unprofessional and rude establishment again and do not recommend any one else doing so.
