Stepping into the Refinery Lounge on a Saturday night around 9 was like finding a cozy nook in the heart of Alaska. With a live DJ spinning everything from the 2000s to today, the vibe was chill yet ready for a party-though I might have arrived a tad too early. I sipped on a delicious "Upside Down Pineapple Cake" cocktail, and it all felt like a sweet throwback to my early 20s, especially since I used to live just a block away!
