I found Cathy's about a year ago. I've been there three times now, and am very impressed.
On the trips home from Lake Powell we used to stop at the good burger place in Hanksville. Now we holdout for another 45 minutes and eat at Cathy's. Yum!
The portions on the dinners are huge. The ribs or the chicken are an excellent choice. I've enjoyed the Navajo Taco, too.
Best of all are the shakes. The blackberry shake at Cathy's is the best I've had.
