Worst dining experience I’ve ever had. Manager and owner treat customers terribly. No prices on anything and when we tried to get clarification about the bill we’re asked who we were to question the prices. Simply stated we didn’t understand how a 12oz steak came out to $154. We were originally told price per oz was around $6+ but ended up being charged closer to $13.50. Ended with the owner swearing at us and telling us to take our business elsewhere. I know I will

We have eaten here while on vacation several years. Always been great. Had dinner at the new location and it was not very good. The new restaurant is a modified pole barn. The steak my wife and I ordered was seared black and charred. Cooked on a griddle. Our baked potatoes were not warm enough to melt the butter. Bread had to be purchased. Meals were priced high and poor quality. We were disappointed and will try another place next time.

Went for lunch and had an awesome experience. Our waitress was so sweet and took great care of us and the steak alfredo was super good. Will return!

Ever since they built the new building the food has suffered. Portions are small and the times we've been there our steaks were tough and the salmon dry. We're taking our business to Sagebrush Grill from now on.

I will come back and leave a proper review when I am not so outrageously angry from the owner calling the cops on me because I had asked for a discount on our bill. The discount is reasonable considering 3 of our orders were lost in the kitchen and we had to repeatedly ask for them. We were there for over 2 hours and 45 minutes. My steak salad came out rare and cold when I ordered it medium. The staff took my steak back that I had already touched and but it back on the grill that other food is being prepared. Such a huge food hazard issue. But yet the cops were called on me while the owner, Greg, is yelling “Since you are refusing to pay, I have the cops coming.” I just asked for a discount for a horrible experience. There is more to this experience, but just don’t feel like spending an hour writing it since almost 3 hours of my night has already been wasted by Steve’s Steakhouse.

FABULOUS

My son and his girlfriend brought me here for my birthday. I loved the atmosphere. They did a great job of decorating. Three of us had the fillet, and one had the rib eye steak. Everything was cooked to perfection, just the way we asked. Presentation was great. The service was excellent. We come to Richfield every summer, usually traveling with several friends. We will definitely be back!

We drive out of our way to go here on vacation and have told friends traveling through Utah to stop in. I promise it will be worth it!
