I have eaten at McGraths in Utah Co. several times and had great experiences. At the Layton, Ut. McGraths, Dona, a waitress was very helpful and polite and took care of some things we needed... too bad she wasn't our waitress. The food took too long. When it did come a some of it was overcooked. The catfish was rancid and all those who tried it came down with food poisoning. When asked how everything was and a complaint was made at the restaurant, all that was said was, "OK, well have a good night". Terrible! When a phone call was made to rectify the situation, I was treated like a child and spoken to arrogantly. We will never go back and are concerned about the experiences others might have here. It's not the money, its the safety and denial of a possibly dangerous situation. It's the respect and attitude towards the customers. A General Manager for the Layton location has not contacted me as was agreed, so I am waiting to call headquarters after the weekend as it is after business hours for the week.
