The meat of this isn't sexy, but read on to dealing with the manager/owner's son.

I have always loved Apollo, Astro, and Crown Burgers. They each have different owners but similar origins. Tonight my wife went in to get their so called gluten free burger. Yes, the bun was created gluten free, but in the process of making the sandwich they used the same surfaces, utensils, and gloves. If you are familiar with gluten allergies you know that ANY cross contamination can make you very ill. She asked for the manager, George, who my wife kindly addressed her concerns with. He was rude, refused to refund her money ($7 for just the burger) and then told her to "get the F#$% out". I have notified the county and state health departments, contacted a local news program that publicly addresses grievances with businesses, and I have posted on Facebook and 8 or so review sites like this one. Good food, but I hope you don't have an issue you need addressed when you go in there.
