The staff consistently provides friendly and attentive service, explaining processes clearly and maintaining a clean, comfortable environment, while the menu features tasty, themed options that enhance the overall experience. Although there have been some issues with elevator and escalator functionality and occasional service timing around food and drinks, the combination of good food, drinks, parking convenience, and enjoyable atmosphere keeps me coming back regularly.
