Sebastian at the front desk handled every request with ease and even had a concierge texting me, which felt like having a personal assistant in my pocket. Between the spotless, recently renovated rooms with mountain views, the clever cocktails at Bambara, and friendly staff who quickly fixed my noisy elevator-adjacent room, this downtown Kimpton gave me all the cozy charm and convenience I could ask for-plus a surprise upgrade that made the stay even sweeter!

Wow! What a fantastic discovery! The staff, especially Sebastian at the front desk, was so accommodating and had all the answers. The room was clean and cozy, and I loved the unique wall art and comfy pillows. The restaurant was a hit too, with great food and a cool vibe. Can't wait to stay here again!
