The hotel exceeded expectations with its spacious, clean rooms and convenient downtown location. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the area, making the stay pleasant. While there were minor issues like difficulty cooling the room and slight wear in the accommodations, overall it served as a comfortable and affordable option for a visit to Salt Lake City.
