During my stay at Hilton Salt Lake City, I decided to try Trofi for breakfast. The buffet was on par with what Embassy Suites offers, though at a cost of $24. As an elite member, I received a $15 credit, making the experience more affordable and including coffee and a beverage. The Avocado Toast with scrambled eggs was a standout choice amidst the other options, and the overall atmosphere and service were pleasant.
