Tried this polace for lunch the other day. We called ahead so we could get our food quick for our lunch break. I went to pick up the food 20 minutes after I had ordered it. When I walked in all the amployees were standing at the counter staring at me, not one person welcomed me or asked me if they could help me. I told them I was there to pick up my order, and they started putting it together. It wasnt even in a bag yet! My drink wasnt filled either. It took them 10 min to get everything together, then when I asked if they could pout one sandwhich on a different card they told me I should have asked when I ordered the food. Well I think they should have had the food ready when I came to pick it up! In the end I put it all on one card to rush the process, got my food and headed back with no time to eat. The sandwhich had barley any meat on it, and the fries were too cold to eat (they were sitting out on the counter when I arrived to pick up my food) After the meal I was still hungry, and disappointed. Wont go there again. They need to work on their customer service and organization.

I love their club sandwich with cheese it is AWESOME. It is making my mouth water now thinking about it, i think i will go get one now..

Worst sandwich I have ever had. This place is definitely NOT related to the REAL Grinders. Their pepper steak sandwich with fries and drink was $10! and was made with hamburger. It is two hours after lunch and my stomach still hurts. Luckily, I won't ever have to go back to that place. YUCK PTEW!!!!
