I want to give a million negative stars, if doing so lets me drag this place out of business. As a Chinese who had lived in the United States for 17 years, this place has the regular fake Chinese food. But what led to this review is how they discriminate customers that come in on a tour bus.

You are only given a one-page menu with the most boring items to choose from. I asked for the full menu, and first I was told that the small menu is all they have. I was confused because I saw someone else was just served a dish that's clearly not in the short menu, but might be what my sister's kids wanted. Then here came the more lies: they ran out of it. That was the last one. At 12:30, the peak lunch hour?! No way was I going to believe them. I asked then how long it was going to take them to make that dish. They said that with many tourists to serve, they wouldn't be able to finish the order before my bus left. I was very puzzled and said that my bus didn't leave for another1.5 hours. They still said that there wasn't enough time.

I went back to our table and discussed with my sister about how bad I should fight about this. Eventually with 3 kids waiting to be fed, and my fear of spit in our food if I was stubborn (not that I had heard this restaurant would do this), we ordered from the menu specially designed for tourists, the cheap, fast, and nasty dishes.

The waiters and waitresses were rude too. Our dishes were not laid down, but dropped on the table. No refill of water. Wrong items were sent twice.

When it was time to pay, as someone usually doing 20% tip or more, I gave a mere 5%, as I told the owner that I knew they lied to me about running out of dishes I wanted, and that they took advantage of tourists, and that I was going to post reviews everywhere on this humiliating experience as a paying customer.

Hopefully they see this and start being less mean to tourists coming after us.
