This cafe rio has always been my go-to for fresh ingredients and generous servings, and I've never left hungry. Tonight, I used points from the app to enjoy my favorite chips and queso, and the staff went above and beyond by giving me extra shredded beef on my burrito compared to last time. It's clear they're improving their customer service, and I'm looking forward to earning more points, especially on a triple points night.

The cafe rio is consistently satisfying with generous portions and fresh ingredients. I've been a fan since childhood and always leave feeling satisfied. Redeeming points on the app is a convenient way to enjoy their delicious offerings without special offers. The staff is accommodating and the service is improving, deserving a higher average rating.
