DO NOT ORDER ONLINE...the worst managed process I have ever seen in my life. We ordered 45 mins before arriving & still waited 50 mins OVER the "ready" time. Order was missing items. Staff seemed to be very nice just not empowered AT ALL, to help online customers. We were NOT the only ones that waited long either. This store should discontinue online ordering or REVAMP how it is managed. Oh, and we ordered 4 vegetable plates & 1 chicken finger plate.

Every time I had to go to Salt Lake for a dr. Visit at the hospital we'd eat at the West Valley Cracker Barrel
They had great meals when ever we stopped there.I sure miss it now that I can't walk and we don't have a wheelchair van, guess I'll never get to go there again. But if we ever get a wheelchair van that will be one of the first places we visit (even though it's a 2 or 3 hour drive) we use to go a hundred miles for an ice cream
