Utah definitely needs more La Palapa, as it's a favorite lunch spot with an extremely clean and creatively atmospheric setting, alongside exceptionally friendly staff who truly care about their business and patrons, serving up authentic and delicious Mexican cuisine that surpasses even the high expectations of a Southern California native.
