I made reservations for a dinner date at the Oyster Bar in Cottonwood Heights using the "Resy" app recommended on their website. My wife and I arrived on a Friday evening and were seated by the windows for a quiet setting. The service was a bit delayed initially, but our server, Jen, took good care of us throughout the meal. The food was delicious, especially the shrimp cocktails and Chilean Sea Bass, although the lobster tail was slightly overcooked. The overall experience was enjoyable, despite the high cost of the meal.
