Food is usually good. Always hot and fresh. Today when we ordered however, a used food wrapper was in the bag between two of our sandwiches. I thought maybe it was just an extra wrapper so I unwrinkled it to be sure and there was leftover cheese stuck on the inside. I was going to make this a 3 star rating as we've never had issues before here, but after calling the restaurant and being treated horribly by the drive through employee on Wed, Aug 8th, 2022 between 5pm and 5:20pm, I am putting this at a 1.

The employee was very rude (yes I know, every pissed off customer says this)...he said what I was suggesting was crazy. That he watched every single employee and none of them put a used wrapper in any bag. That no employees would EVER do that. He just kept getting more and more defensive and told me there is no way that this happened. Well I was looking right at it, so it happened.

I asked for the manager's name and phone number. At first he said "we don't have one right now". When I pushed for it he told me "Kevin" and gave me a phone number, which I called afterwards and it was a non-working number. When I called back to ask for the real number, he said "oh it must have been disconnected". He would not give me his name, probably because he knew I was upset.

Will NEVER go back because of how we were treated.
