I had high hopes for this hotel since a client recommended it, and I booked a two-night stay to celebrate my friend's 50th birthday. While the location near the beach and the pools were fantastic, and our server Tony was amazing, there were several disappointments like lukewarm showers, limited housekeeping service, and a frustrating drink voucher experience. Overall, it was an okay stay with some quirks, suitable if you're okay with a more laid-back vibe, but I wouldn't pay the higher peak-season rates for the same room.
