The sushi bar upstairs offers a quieter dining experience with a diverse menu that extends beyond just noodles, including fresh sushi and flavorful specialty rolls. I enjoyed sitting at the sushi bar where the chef prepared a delicious assortment of fresh fish that exceeded my expectations, accompanied by attentive and quick service in a relaxed atmosphere. Despite being tucked away from the main casino floor, the quality of food and variety of options made it a satisfying choice after a spa day or a long visit to the Hard Rock Seminole Casino.
