The owner Eric always makes my food. He is a cordon bleu culinary school graduate. I have a severe milk allergy and he's always careful to not cross-contaminate when he's making my special food orde. The food is always hot and delicious and always made with care. Thank you Reno

I wish I could take the one star I gave away. I ordered pizza from there and it was the worst I have ever seen. Burnt and cold when it was delivered. I would never go back and I urge you all to stay away.

Worst take out I can ever remember.Ordered two clam plates and an order of chicken wings. The clams were only clam strips (which they did not specify on the menu)and dry as dust The French fries were the greasiest. The wings turned out to be buffalo wings ordered plain (so I thought)so couldn't eat those either...total waste of money..Very disappointing...would never recommend this place to anyone! And its not like it was a ten dollar order ! And to boot I gave the delivery guy a seven dollar tip.. I feel sorry for him because he is not going to get many more tips like that once people find out how the food is !

Talk about poor service I've been ordering from here ever since it opened and I used to love it but within the past few months the employees seem to have stopped caring I always order the Canadian poutine with extra cheese pretty simple right? Well lately they've been putting extra gravy as well which completely ruins it for me so the next time I ordered I specifically wrote down that I did not want extra gravy only extra cheese and still got a ton of gravy on it once again a waste of my money after several failures I decided to skip the delivery and go order from the store myself I explained my situation to the blonde lady at the counter and not only was I not offered anything for my troubles but was then told I should just order the gravy on the side. Really that's how you solve your customers problems well maybe I should just not get food from this place at all if doing your job is an inconvenience for you. This was the last straw so if the manager and or owner actually cares about its customers then I expect to hear from you ASAP otherwise you can kiss goodbye to a bunch of customers which I referred to your restaurant in the first place.
