I first tried a Maple bacon LJ at Hans, and the combination of bacon on a donut was surprisingly delicious. I ended up trying almost half of their menu and found everything to be tasty and the service to be excellent. They offer a variety of treats like cheesecake and cookies that I would definitely recommend trying.

Great idea living off the history. Too bad the owner has no experience or clue to run a foodservice business. It will have new owners in 12 months after the charm wares off. Time to hire an adviser before it's too late.
